Refund Policy

 At Fiver Sports, we strive to accommodate your scheduling needs. However, due to the requirement to staff and reserve our spaces specifically for your booking, the following cancellation policy applies to all facility reservations, including Fiver Field, Olympic weight room, synthetic ice rink, and batting cages:

• Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled reservation will receive a full refund.

• No Refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled reservation are non-refundable, as we must allocate resources and hold the space for your use.

• Personal Training: The cancellation policy is determined by the individual trainer. Please refer to your trainer’s policy for specifics. Trainers must adhere to the same 24-hour notice above.

• Membership Cancellation Policy: Cancellations of monthly memberships to the Olympic weight room require 30 days’ notice.
